    Experience:

    Since 1984 have been actively engaged in the appraisal of real property. Assignments have included single family houses, townhouses, condominiums, duplexes, apartment buildings, and vacant plus improved acreage throughout the Chicago Metropolitan area, including Jo Davis, Winnebago, DeKalb, Kankakee, Grundy, LaSalle, Vermilion, DuPage, Cook, Lake, and McHenry counties.

    These assignments have been for financial institutions, insurance companies and attorneys.

    Real Estate Appraiser with ValuMasters, Inc. , St. Charles, Illinois since March 13, 1986.

    Federal Housing Authority (FHA) - Approved Appraiser - Placed on the "Lender Selection Roster of Appraisers" in the CHICAGO HUD Office.
